Caliber Point, Oracle global HR outsourcing solutions

MUMBAI, INDIA: Caliber Point Business Solutions, a leading HRO provider and a Hexaware Technologies subsidiary, has signed a new agreement with Oracle to offer Oracle’s Human Capital Management (HCM) offerings with Caliber Point’s proven HR consulting and services to customers under the “BPO Powered by Oracle” program. This relationship creates capabilities flexible enough to meet the needs of global customers in North America and Western European markets, as well as the growing and unaddressed need among midsize companies and underserved regions such as Latin America, Central and Eastern Europe and Asia Pacific.

Caliber Point can now offer its customers, multi-process HR solutions such as workforce administration, payroll and recruitment across multiple geographies leveraging Oracle’s PeopleSoft Enterprise Human Capital Management and the Oracle E-Business Suite Human Resource Management System.

These solutions provide complete world-class HR processes and scalable and open infrastructure that allow customers to make changes to their employee data in a globally distributed environment. The solution is designed on a “pay-as-you-use” model that helps reduce risk and the need for upfront capital investment that is usually associated with such HR re-engineering and outsourcing initiatives. 

The combination of Caliber Point’s proven delivery capability in global HRO and Oracle’s HCM applications will enable customers to achieve a higher return than from a traditional HR BPO. This integrated solution covers a complete range of licensing, implementation, hosting, IT support along with BPO services.
