CA grabs Cisco executive

MUMBAI, INDIA: CA Technologies has appointed Ayman Sayed as Chief Product Officer, effective August 10, 2015.

Sayed will be based in Santa Clara, and report directly to Chief Executive Officer Mike Gregoire.

Sayed joined Cisco in 1999 and held leadership roles across several businesses including core routing, edge routing, enterprise access switching, and most recently mobility virtualization. He drove multi-billion dollar business growth through product innovation and new product introductions.

“Ayman is an accomplished technology executive with a big vision who has built world class software development organizations and operated globally at scale,” said Gregoire. “By focusing on product direction and excellence, he will help CA build a differentiated product portfolio meant to help CA’s customers solve their most difficult business problems in application economy.”
