Talking about his humble beginnings at Poco India, he said, "I still remember the launch of the iconic POCO F1. It was the first time that I went up on stage. The adrenaline and sheer excitement would not let me stop smiling the entire time. We were blown away by the response we received at the launch. It was a dream start and since then, we have never looked back."

Under his leadership, Poco became an independent brand and released Poco X2. Manmohan announced his departure to take up entrepreneurial stunts. He said, "Since my MBA days, I have always yearned to begin something new of my own. I feel like the time has come for me to set out on my entrepreneurial journey. While I will miss working with my incredible team, I can't wait to test out all the things that I have learnt at POCO and Xiaomi. I will always love both the brands for what they have taught me at such a young age."

Talking about all of it in an open letter
