C-DAC launches course on wireless and mobile computing

PUNE: Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) is launching a 24-week diploma course in Wireless and Mobile Computing (WiMC) which will deal with advanced training in the area of mobile technology.

The course will be conducted by Advanced Computing Training School (ACTS) of C-DAC and will be the first of its kind in India, a company statement mentioned.

The course is open for graduate engineers in electronics and telecommunications, electronics and instrumentation, electronics, electrical, computer science engineering, computer science as well as persons having MSc in electronics.

Initially, the course will be offered in the C-DAC based ACTS as well as six authorized training centers in Pune and later it will be introduced in other training centers of ACTS all over India.
