The three-day event will focus on the Economic Trends, Technology Forecasts and Management Insights. Industry leaders and experts will be delivering keynotes on enterprise forecast covering trends, opportunities and challenges CIOs may have to deal with in 2009.

Dr. Ganesh Natarajan, Chairman of NASSCOM and Som Mittal, President of NASSCOM will be delivering opening and ending keynotes on Feb 19 (Day 2 of C-Change) respectively.

Natarajan, in his keynote address on Market Forecasts will talk about 'New directions for the outsourcing industry - capitalizing on the economic slowdown'.

Natarajan says that his talk will focus on the opportunities and challenges of Impact Sourcing. "Impact Sourcing is the third wave of outsourcing that has emerged and will thrive during the slowdown period. After successfully riding the waves of lower cost arbitrage and thereafter, offsite applications development migration and maintenance, the Indian IT sector will now take the high risk-reward route and take on full processes that are contextual to the core business of clients and optimize them using technology. This will lead to immediate impact to the bottom line through a strategic sourcing approach where key assets and people could also be taken over by the vendor," he said.

Som Mittal, who will deliver the ending keynote on 'CIO-Embracing the future', says: "In the next 10 years, several mega trends, both in the society and technology, would reshape the way the world services itself. He will be discussing these mega trends, its impact and the road ahead. He will also touch upon various roles for government industry and associations like NASSCOM.
