Businesses more satisfied with cloud payroll

ENGLAND, UK: Research carried out by AccountingWEB in August and September shows businesses using The Payroll Site's cloud payroll system were more satisfied than businesses using conventional payroll packages.

AccountingWEB asked 6,000 businesses to rate payroll products for ease of use, functionality, support and value for money. They eliminated products with less than 2.5 percent of the responses and ranked the rest in order of satisfaction. The Payroll Site was the clear winner with an overall satisfaction score of 95 percent, whereas the conventional payroll packages scored between 36 percent and 88 percent, respectively.

The Payroll Site's MD, Steven Tucker, said: "Thank you to AccountingWEB and to everyone who filled out the survey. This year more than ever, businesses are starting to understand what the cloud can do for them."
