BSS develops HR package - Golden Nuggets

BANGALORE: Mumbai-based BSS Softwares Pvt. Ltd., a software firm, has developed a package titled Golden Nuggets for human resources management targeted at small and medium enterprises. The package would provide the head of a firm the tools to have a direct interface with the employees.

Golden Nuggets is aimed at keeping track of employees at all levels, providing accessibility to various information about employees, keeping track of targets assigned, fixing job responsibilities and also undertaking appraisals. The software package also helps keep track of birthdays and anniversaries of employees.

The package can also identify whether a certain employee is suited for a specific job. The software stores all the standard forms for ready use like draft copies for standard letter formats and also a reminder on important dates and schedule organizer. BSS Software has operations in Singapore, Mumbai and Pune and is credited with the launch of the F1-IDEA package, an accounting package. The F1-IDEA package was developed as a result of the demand for a branded application specific software package.
