Subhendu Mohanty, country head and global services director, Home & Networks Mobility, Motorola India said, “Motorola’s optimization service delivery will have a clear and direct bearing on the enhanced quality of the end customer experience. He added that the phenomenal growth of mobile telecos in India is placing new pressures and demands on operators’ existing network infrastructure, that require new solutions that go beyond conventional planning and management techniques in order to improve service experience.

Mohanty commented, “ MVIOS is an ideal and best-in-class solution for exponentially growing cities like Mumbai.” Motorola’s unique multi-vendor intelligent optimization service (MVIOS) utilizes measurement report (MR) data generated by network subscribers as they use their phones, the release said.

It would track, process and analyze the data that virtually turns every user of the network into part of a very large virtual ‘drive-test’ team.
