Neelam Dhawan, Managing Director, Microsoft India



Neelam took charge of software major Microsoft's sales and marketing efforts in India in February, 2005. She is responsible for growing Microsoft's products and services businesses and plays a key role in driving the company's partnerships and strategic alliances.

She has been in the IT hardware industry for 22 years. Prior to Microsoft, she served as vice president, customer solutions group, HP India, with focus on enterprise, public sector and SMB sectors for all computing products and services. She was also responsible for strategic alliances and partner relationships. Prior to joining HP in 1999, Neelam had served IBM and HCL.

Meena Ganesh, Managing Director, Tesco India



Meena joined TESCO to build the shared service center of the $60 billion UK retail company. The center handles the company's IT services and back-office business processes. She, along with husband Ganesh, started Customer Asset in 2000 and later sold it to ICICI OneSource.

Mythili Ramesh, Vice President - Innovation, Marketing & Business Development, APAC, Wipro Infotech



Mythili has worked with Wipro for the last 17 years. She joined Wipro in 1988 as a software programmer after her management education at IIM Ahmedabad. She has donned several roles in her long career including driving the Six Sigma initiative as a 'Black Belt' in Wipro a few years back.

Padma Parthasarathy, Country Manager, Capco



Based in Bangalore, Padma is responsible for developing Capco's relationships with India's banking sector as well as increasing the Capco's client base. Prior to joining Capco, she held the post of vice-president, strategic accounts and initiatives, Perot Systems TSI (India) Ltd. She has more than 17 years of experience in the sourcing industry.

Revathi Kasturi, President, Tarang Software



Revathi is the founder and president of software firm Tarang Software. She started career as a software programmer at Wipro and worked there for 17 years. At the time she left Wipro, she headed a division within Wipro.
