BANGALORE: Symphony Service Corp, a business solutions partner, today said in a statement that BMC Software, a business service management solutions provider, has chosen it to provide product development lifecycle (PDLC) services.
The services include product development, quality assurance and level three customer support for selected BMC products.
Symphony and BMC will share development outcomes and compensation for products that Symphony's Global Operations Centers manage for BMC.
David Carpini, vice president for Commercial Software Solutions at Symphony, said, “This relationship represents an ideal alignment of BMC and Symphony's shared goal of providing complete customer satisfaction through product innovation and execution.”
“The joint-development and incentive-based nature of our agreement with Symphony provides a strong advantage in the marketplace for BMC,” said Dayon Kane, director and general manager of BMC's Legacy Product Business Unit.
