Bitzer BEAM offers a secure access and authorization solution for isolating corporate from personal apps and data. RSA SecurID technology is a leading two-factor authentication system. This is a significant technical initiative that allows customers' authentication infrastructure using RSA SecurID technology to be extended to mobile devices while maintaining IT's existing standards for security.

Chad Loeven, director partnerships, RSA, said: "RSA welcomes Bitzer Mobile into the Secured by RSA Certified Partner Program. Extending RSA SecurID authentication to the Bitzer Mobile platform helps to address our customers' security challenge around the mobile enterprise and BYOD."

Bitzer's BEAM solution creates a "secure enterprise workspace" for enterprise data and apps which supports two-factor authentication and ensures a rich user experience via Windows Single Sign-on, offers data encryption that is FIPS 140-2 certified, protects from data leakage with corporate control of how data is stored or shared, and establishes granular app-level policy controls.
