BITA to hold elections on April 15

MUMBAI, INDIA:Baroda Information Technology Association (BITA) is all set to hold elections for six coveted posts, as the term for the present office bearers are coming to an end.

The 235 members will cast their vote on April 15 to elect President, VP, Secretary, Treasurer, Joint Secretary and one executive council member among themselves.

The election process will begin with the filing of nomination papers on April 1. It will continue till 7th of the month. The withdrawal of nomination papers will take place on April 9. Voting will take place on April 15. The results will be announced on the same day.

"To make the election free and fair, we will appoint two former Presidents of the organization to conduct the election," said Hitesh Patni, outgoing President, BITA.
