Birla Minacs opens new center in Aurangabad

AURANGABAD: Aditya Birla Minacs, a provider in business solutions company, today announced the inauguration of its new delivery center at MIDC Chikalthana in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.

The center would initially provide customer interaction services in Marathi, apart from Hindi and English, to 53 million IDEA Cellular subscribers as part of the five year outsourcing services deal worth Rs 600 crores, said a press release.

Navanit Narayan, chief service delivery officer, IDEA Cellular Ltd. was honorable chief guest at the occasion and inaugurated the center. Milind Godbole, president APAC, Aditya Birla Minacs presided over the function.

He added that these kinds of centers would be instrumental in redefining mobile telephony service standards providing incisive reach, connectivity and value added services.

He added that the connect India’s unique, technology-driven, decentralized service delivery model would transform customer support services in India, with smaller regional centers offering accent diversification, disaster recovery and a standardized operation.

Minacs Telecom Solutions offers end to end solutions including inbound and outbound sales, customer service and support, loyalty and retention, contract processing, database-driven marketing amongst other services, the release added.
