In order to avail the service, customers need to first send “RENEW” to 55454. Non-registered members of mChek would get an IVR call from mChek asking for the mChek 6 digit pin number.

Customers would then have to enter the 16-digit credit card number (only VISA/ Mastercard) along with the card expiry date and card verification value (CVV) number. Lastly the customer would be asked to renew his / her current membership plan with, the release added.

With this the customer is validated with his renewed membership plan and continues to be a member with This service would work across all telecom operators and all customers availing this service can use any Visa / Mastercard issued by any bank in India.
