Bharti Telesoft likely to buy Jataayu: report

BANGALORE, INDIA: Bharti Telesoft is reported to be in talks to acquire software firm Jataayu.

“Bharti Telesoft is looking for acquisitions to expand its rapidly growing portfolio. The company has already deployed its products and solutions in 25 countries to over 100 networks, enabling service provision to over 150 million customers across five continents,” the Economic Times newspaper reported quoting its sources.

Responding to a related query by CyberMedia News, Jataayu said, "We are in talks with many investors and partners for further growth of the company but have not concluded our discussions with anyone. We do not respond to market rumours about any transactions that may or may not be under discussion."
