NEW DELHI: Bharti Enterprises has announced the restructuring of its telecom software division to launch a new entity, Bharti Telesoft International Pvt. Ltd. The restructuring includes the merger with CellCloud Technologies, a high value solutions and services provider for mobile networks. As a single entity, Telesoft would address the operations and business support requirements of telcos, focused on enabling them to enhance revenues and increase operational efficiency.

Sanjiv Mital would continue to be the CEO of Telesoft while the former founders of CellCloud Technologies Anil Gajwani and Ambar Sur have been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) respectively. The senior management team of Telesoft and the Bharti Group would be the key promoters.

Telesoft has been organized into three distinct business divisions: Customer Care & Billing, Switching & Network Management and Web & Wireless Applications. These divisions offer solutions ranging from roaming, messaging, pre-paid, VoIP, billing, customer care, revenue management, network management and other mobile applications. These solutions support SS7 and the new IP based technologies. The professional services include consulting, onsite projects and offshore developmental services.
