Bharath University to set up CA CoE

NEW DELHI, INDIA: Bangalore-based Dreamquest Infotech is signing up a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tamil Nadu-based Bharath University to set up a CA Technologies — Center of Excellence at one of the leading educational institutions in South India.

The courses offered include certificate courses on CA Service Desk Management as well as ITIL. The three-year courses for 100 students are going to be priced at Rs 75 lakh in the first year to be followed by Rs 15 lakh each in the next two years.

Dreamquest has been one of the emerging solution providers and has been working with the likes of HP, Dell, Microsoft, VMware and Symantec among others besides CA.

This MoU is intended to making a partnership and bridging the gap between the industry and the academics. It helps the students of Bharath University to get an exposure to the industry standards while studying in the college.

Students have to undergo a written test conducted by the authorized agencies of ITIL and score a minimum of 26 marks out of 40 to get the ITIL Foundation Course Certificate.

They have to take an online test in CA portal and score a minimum of 80 out of 100 marks to get the CA SDM certificate. Only one attempt will be allowed for ITIL Foundation Course and two attempts for CA SDM Certification.
