Belkin rolls out tech training program for channel

MUMBAI, INDIA: Belkin has taken an initiative to educate channel partners, focusing on those present at the consumer front, in order to augment their technical skills. This program is aimed at enhancing the morale of the channel partners and providing improved customer service support.

Belkin channel technical training program intends to educate engineers who directly come in contact with the client for technical support. The objective of the training is to train them on the basic installations and also, rectify the most common problems faced. Those who complete this training will get certified as ’Belkin Tech Champs’.

The program that started from Oct 9 will continue to educate its channel partners across 12 cities till the end of the month. The training will take place for the day, along with a gala lunch organized by Belkin.

“Belkin has stormed the Indian market with its wide range of top quality products, inching to become a significant market share player. With just a handful of partners representing and stocking Belkin products a year ago, to nearly a thousand redistribution and sales partners across the country, we present an opportunity for our channel partners to increase customer satisfaction,” said Mohit Anand, MD, Belkin India Sub-Continent. “With such trainings, our channel partners will be better prepared to handle Belkin products,” he added.
