The Infosys upgrade offering has substantially reduced total project duration and brought Sidmar a rapid "time-to-market" which otherwise would have been extremely difficult to achieve. Trusted project execution capabilities and CMM Level 5 frameworks were adopted during the entire project lifecycle, enabling Infosys to deliver a high quality trouble free upgrade, leading to rapid stabilization and exceeding the expectation of Sidmar.

The global approach to service delivery, coupled with a strong upgrade offering enabled Infosys to reduce the cost of Sidmar's SAP upgrade project by an estimated 20 percent.

Integrated with ASAP methodology, the toolkit provides both estimation and execution tools, and delivers projects using CMMI level 5 processes. Infosys recently demonstrated the toolkit to global audience for the first time in Sapphire-2004 in Brisbane, Australia.
