Barracuda Networks partners Westcon India

 BENGALURU, INDIA: Barracuda Networks announced a pan-India distribution agreement with Westcon India. The relationship will enable Westcon India to offer channel partners access to the full range of Barracuda Networks’ products.

Under the agreement, Barracuda Networks and Westcon India will work together to support channel partners with a variety of business development initiatives including partner recruitment, training, certification, marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.

“Barracuda is very excited to work with Westcon in India to help bring Barracuda to the number one spot for our easy to use, no per user license fee appliances. Together we can really build a great presence India,” said Niall King, VP—Sales, Barracuda Networks Asia-Pacific.

Commenting on the tie-up Rajiv U, Business Head Westcon India said, “Barracuda solutions being a powerful integrated appliance will provide a huge value addition to our partner network from both customer affordability and overall benefit perspective. With noteworthy customer base in most verticals in India, Barracuda is fast becoming a noted solution in the anti-spam, WAF, load/link balancing, SSL VPN technologies to name a few. Along with the help of Barracuda India team, we are in the process of recruiting focused partners who cater to various verticals across the country. Our intention is to efficiently and effectively ready the focused partners to go to market and position the solution to their end customer. We, along with our partners have already shown POCs to prospects and are getting great response from them,” he added.
