 BANGALORE, INDIA: Bangalore Nano 2007 scheduled on December 6-7, 2007 has announced that a “Poster Session” will also run concurrent to the conferences. Young Scientists and Researchers from Premier Institutes and Universities will be given an opportunity to exemplify their Innovations, Research Methods and Outcomes in the field of NanoScience and Nanotechnology on this international platform. Participants will get the opportunity to present their papers to audiences from not only Indian & Multi-National organizations but also Research Institutes, Venture Capitalists & Government Representatives and fellow researchers.

More than 20 papers would be presented on topics ranging from Nano particles, Nano tubes, Nano medicines to Nano dentistry.  The best posters will be awarded prizes on the basis of innovation, problem solving approach and socio-economic significance of the research.

Some of the institutes who have confirmed presenting their research papers at the Poster Session are IIT – Mumbai & Delhi, Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research – Bangalore, Pondicherry University, Indian Institute of Science – Bangalore, National Physical Laboratory – New Delhi, Jawaharlal Nehru University – New Delhi, National Institute of Technology – Tiruchirapalli, Ceramic Technological Institute of BHEL… to name a few.

The Poster Session at Bangalore Nano 2007 provides a unique opportunity for young researchers to share their innovation and research aimed at solving problems yet to be solved in the area of Basic Nano Science and Nanotechnology.
