Axis launches new training program

BANGALORE,INDIA: Axis Communications Academy, a provider in network video solutions today announced that it is launching a training program for the company’s newly released AXIS Camera Station video management software.

The program consists of a full day training filled with hands-on exercises to provide Axis partners with in-depth knowledge of the latest release of AXIS Camera Station, said a press release.

The training cater to students with different levels of computer proficiency, includes self-paced training exercises, where participants could choose to work with or without guidance, it added.

“With the launch of AXIS Camera Station software training from Axis Communications’ Academy, we are delivering a solid program to get our partners up to speed on the capacity and features of AXIS Camera Station” says Runar Åsly, manager, Axis Communications Academy.

“At Axis we’ve been providing training to drive the market convergence from analog CCTV to network video through Axis Communications’ Academy for almost four years. The new software training program further broadens the scope of our training offer,” he added.

The AXIS Camera Station training program would initially be launched in English at the Axis training centers in Lund, Sweden and Boston, USA by Axis’ own professional trainers.

The launch of additional language versions and training sites would be communicated later through local Axis websites, the release added.
