Axiomtek launches UL60601-1/EN60601-1 certified, 15-inch fanless medical panel PC MPC152-832

TAIPEI, TAIWAN: Axiomtek, one of the world's leading designers and manufacturers of innovative, high performance and reliable PC-based industrial computer products, announced the arrival of the MPC152-832, its new medical panel PC.

The MPC152-832 is a 15-inch, fanless, ultra-slim medical panel computer powered by the low-power Intel Atom processor D2550 1.86GHz with the Intel NM10 Express chipset. With UL60601-1/EN60601-1 medical certifications, this panel PC is ideal for nursing cart, point-of-care terminal, or infotainment terminal use in healthcare environments.

It is equipped with a 15-inch XGA TFT LCD display with high brightness LED backlight (400nits). Its IPX1 compliant chassis and IP65/NEMA 4 rated spill- and dust-resistant front panel ensures easy cleaning and high reliability. This medical computing platform also offers a variety of I/O connections including RS-232/422/485, isolated RS-232, USB, DisplayPort, PCI Express Mini Card, and Gigabit Ethernet for easy connectivity with existing or new hospital systems.

Axiomtek's newest addition to its existing comprehensive product line of medical-grade panel computers is designed to be highly integrated, easy-to-use, and easy-to-install, with user's convenience in mind.
