Autodesk User Certification validates that candidates are competent and proficient in state-of-the-art Autodesk® 2D and 3D design software. Earning user-level certification while in school also demonstrates that students have the skills necessary to continue their design careers-whether they attend college, enter the workforce or pursue Associate and Professional-level certifications after graduation.

Autodesk User Certification will be offered in key CBSE and ICSE secondary schools across India which has up to two million students. The first phase of the launch will see Autodesk User Certification offered in three schools in India, namely GEAR Innovative International School, Bangalore; Karnataka German Technical Training Institute, Gulbarga (KGTTI); and Don Bosco School, Chennai.

To support students in their effort to become certified, Autodesk and Certiport offer Autodesk's professional-grade software, learning materials and classroom support to partner schools and on the Autodesk Education Community. Secondary school students can also leverage Autodesk Digital STEAM Workshop - a highly visual curriculum that engages and inspires students to solve real-world challenges using Autodesk software - to prepare for the certification exam.
