RALEIGH, N.C.: Arc Solutions has launched Arc Express 2.1, the latest version of its unique attendant console software exclusively developed for Cisco’s small and medium enterprise (SME) unified communications portfolio.
Arc Express 2.1 forms part of a portfolio of unified communications (UC) applications that enhance person-to-person communication for customers of all sizes, from SMEs to large enterprises. Using Arc’s extensive telephony integration experience, combined with its global original equipment manufacturer (OEM) agreement with Cisco Systems, Arc has brought exciting new features that enable small businesses to benefit from the professional call answering tools that Arc is renowned for.
Arc Express can be deployed from one to four positions and offers a comprehensive set of features including intelligent call queuing, integrated directory and interactive status display.
