"The launch of the VanCryst professional A/V solution series earlier this year has received positive feedback from the market. We believe this new product family will be one of the driving forces of ATEN's sales growth of the year. ATEN also intends to maintain the leadership in the KVM market and aims to become a total datacenter solution provider. The launch of our new PDU product further completes the ALTUSEN Over the NET solution, providing advanced power management to improve energy efficiency in datacenters. In addition, the new advanced Over the NET products are providing support to blade servers and Vmware," said Kevin Chen, President of ATEN International.

To demonstrate first-hand functionality and innovations of its products, ATEN will install live demo centers at its stand (Hall 1, Booth No. A533, A534, A539, A540). The demo sections will include:

The VanCryst Media Matrix Solution is a combination of the VM0808T 8x8 Cat 5 A/V Matrix Switch and the VE500 A/V Over Cat 5 Extender. The VM0808T is a Matrix Switch that routes and distributes audio, video, and RS232 signals over distances of up to 300m with 1280x1024 video resolution. The VM0808T can receive data from up to 8 audio/video sources and transmit data to up to 8 audio/video displays. A single computer's audio/video output can be routed to one or more destinations. The VM0808T offers several convenient ways to access and control the source devices: locally, with front panel pushbuttons and an RS232/485 serial port; and remotely, over the Internet with a browser-based Web page interface.

In Data Center Solutions PN5212s / PN5320s / PN7212s / PN7320s Power Over the NET is an intelligent Power Distribution Unit (PDU) that provides 12 outlets at 20 ampere maximum and 20 outlets at 30 ampere maximum output current respectively. With support for real-time power status measurement, the intelligent PDU enables administrators to monitor the current, voltage and power consumption of their IT equipment, either at the PDU or outlet level, minimizing the power cost of running their equipment; and ensuring high levels of system availability for server rooms of all sizes. The intelligent PDU also provides sensor ports for temperature and humidity monitoring and threshold alarm message notification. IT administrators are able to easily and conveniently monitor and power control connected devices by means of a browser-based user interface — remotely if necessary — thereby minimizing maintenance costs and ensuring 24/7 reliability for their server room operations.

In SOHO KVM Solutions the CM0264 2x4 DVI-HDMI Matrix KVMP Switch allows one dual display USB console to independently and simultaneously control two DVI computers, two HDMI computers or devices, and two additional USB devices. The CM0264 supports one DVI display and one HDMI display, allowing the user to view the output of (up to) four high-definition video sources. It is ideal for all multimedia applications, video editing and art designers. The picture-in-picture (PiP) 3 in 1 view mode functionalities allow monitoring up to four computers simultaneously. With the patented Cursor Shift function in dual display mode, the mouse cursor can move back and forth across the displays or shift the KVM focus while using two displays. In addition, the CM0264’s intuitive GUI provides easy monitoring, file transfer, copy and paste and other innovative desktop control features.
