Assetlink, Teradata ink strategic deal

PUNE, INDIA: Assetlink, a Marketing Operations Management (MOM) company, has signed a strategic partnership with Teradata, a leading player in data warehousing, analytic applications. Assetlink will power Teradata's branded solution with MRM capabilities and will thus add to Teradata's current Customer Management (CM) portfolio.

Assetlink's director of marketing, Sunita Shetty told CyberMedia News that Terdata's specially dedicated team would be working on the integration part. As the partnership moves further, more development collaboration is expected in an incremental way.

"Teradata is an established name in data warehousing. Customers were demanding MOM capabilities and that's probably why they picked us up. This partnership not only adds immense credibility to who we are but also helps us get a foot in the door for all Teradata clients. We are already working with Teradata on joint marketing efforts."

Assetlink would contribute as an OEM for Teradata for its packaged products that will be branded as Teradata. The re-branded and ported Assetlink product will be tagged as Teradata MRM powered by Assetlink and will be available in both on-demand and on-premise models.
