One of the biggest benefits of using the Mettl platform is that it is very simple and does not require any change of location for any of the parties. Exams can be held without issuing answer scripts and question papers. The candidates taking the exam can just log on and take the exam, which is monitored through live image feeds.

Through the Mettl platform, the invigilator is able to keep track of 100 candidates, and can chat with each of them, stop the test in case of any problems, and send out broadcasts or announcements to all of them at once. If there is any change in the pace of a candidate or if there has been any inactivity from any of them, the invigilator gets notified using a signal processing algorithm.

Capgemini is a French multinational IT services company and is one of the world's largest consulting, outsourcing and professional services companies. Using a combination of standardized assessments, skill simulators and question banks, Capgemini has reduced the time to hire a candidate by 12.2 days.

With a better online screening infrastructure, 39 percent of incoming candidates pass first round of assessments and 49 percent pass the final round, meaning a higher number of candidates who qualify online assessments end up getting the final selection offer.
