Aspiring Minds to invest USD 6 million in R&D facility in Gurgaon

NEW DELHI, INDIA: Aspiring Minds, a job credentialing platform has announced the opening of its first R&D facility in Gurgaon. With expansions into China, US and the Middle East on the radar, Aspiring Minds will invest over USD 6 million in the next three years in research and technology innovation.

The company aims to take a step ahead in increasing the focus towards assessment technology which as such doesn’t receive as much funding as compared to training and other related verticals. Aspiring Minds is a leader in employability credentialing and job matching working with over 2 million job seekers and 1100 corporations annually.

The new facility looks at hiring over 100 technologists and researchers from IIT's and other top notch colleges to build the next generation of scalable assessment technology.

The state of the art technology which the new R&D facility will develop will help us digitize the whole process of hiring in these new countries where we are planning to enter.
