Aspire announces acquisition of Versant Technologies

BANGALORE, INDIA: Aspire Systems, a global technology services firm with a strong focus on independent software vendors and the retail, distribution and consumer goods vertical, has announced the completion of its acquisition of Versant Technologies, a Hyderabad-based technology company with an in-depth experience and specialization in Oracle Retail and Electronic Data Interchange Implementation.
