''Our mission is to create a global community dedicated to encouraging women to lean in to their ambitions,'' says a message on the Lean In Facebook page.

Sheryl Sandberg's Lean In went on sale from March 11. ''By talking openly about the challenges that we all face in the workplace and at home, we can work towards solutions together,'' says Sheryl Sandberg in a blog-post on Leanin.org.
