Asante’s enterprise, Small-to-Medium (SMB) and Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) technologies bring networking and security solutions to the market. The NetCam is using a SONY CCD sensor with world-leading MPEG-4 and MJPEG encoder technology.
Partners in Europe (PIE) will provide the sales infrastructure necessary to bring Asante’s networking cameras to a multi language European customer base. PIE’s sales, logistical, and support services will be essential to the initial and ongoing marketing successes. The NetCam 8001 is a combined network camera and pan-tilt device. It plugs directly into an Ethernet network and delivers clear and sharp surveillance video/images to any Internet browser via Ethernet or IP network.
Other benefits of the unit are the pan, tilt, digital zoom, wireless, power over Ethernet, motion detection, numerous ways to record images and review images. The NetCam is a true plug-n-play device and very easy to install.
