Aryans BPO targets 15 new centers in 18 months

NEW DELHI, INDIA: US based Aryans BPO has set a target to open 15 new centers across the country though its franchise model which it has started in collaboration with Reliance World.

“We are getting number of queries from entrepreneurs across the country. Most of them are from north India. We are evaluating deals with some of the serious players and expect that in next 18 months we will have 15 new centers,” said Deepak Kapoor, director, corporate affairs, Aryans BPO.

Aryans Group provides end-to-end loan origination services to US financial institutions. It has entered in to an agreement with Reliance World, formerly Reliance Webworld, to occupy 1000 seats out of 6000 available with Reliance World for its franchisee.

“We have 240 stores located across 105 cities in the country, more in tier 2 and 3 cities. By getting into this agreement, we are able to utilize our stores round the clock. All our processes comply with standard norms of the industry and we are committed to take care of all the needs that have to be addressed as part of this agreement,” said Sandeep Saxena, National Head (BPO), Reliance World .

Aryans already has two running Franchisees. Aryans BPO claim that these franchisees have increase profit margin of the company by 20.3 per cent in pilot phase.

“Each franchisee running approximately 18 seats has the opportunity of billing upto $150,000 in foreign exchange. Moreover since the model looks at setting up franchisees across smaller towns, it gives out an opportunity to small town graduates to earn a BPO salary of Rs 6000 and above while not leaving the luxury of staying in their own home-town,” said Kapoor.

Aryans BPO has set target of 3 -5 years to acquire all 1000 seats as committed to Reliance World.
