Aruba's new 802.11N Access Point

BANGALORE, INDIA: Aruba Networks, today announced the release of its compact, dual-radio AP-105 802.11n Access Point.

Designed to meet the demanding requirements of large enterprises, the AP-105 is competitively priced for even the smallest businesses when used in conjunction with Aruba's recently introduce 600 Series Controllers.

The AP - 105 packs a wide range of advanced features into a compact package measuring just 132mm X 135 mm X 45mm.

Key features include:

  • Dual radio, 2X2 MIMO design delivers up to 300 Mbps per radio;
  • Integrated antennas support both wall and ceiling mounding;
  • 802.3af power over Ethernet(POE) simplifies installation;
  • Software reconfiguration allows repurposing for connectivity, mesh intrusion sensor,
    and remote access applications - one access point , many uses
  • Trusted Platfrom Module (TPM) surely stores network credentials and ciper keys to
    protect network integrity even if the access point is probed or stolen;
  • Adaptive Radio Management (ARM) enhances performance by managing client behavior.
