Aruba Networks partners Ingram Micro, expands reach

SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aruba Networks, Inc. announced distribution relationship with Ingram Micro Inc.

Under the terms of the agreement, Ingram Micro's Advanced Technology Division will market, sell and support Aruba's entire portfolio of wired and wireless access solutions, which includes Aruba's new Cloud Wi-Fi solution, to channel partners in the U.S.

By teaming with Ingram Micro and leveraging its dedicated Networking and Security Business Unit, Aruba is better positioned to enable and support channel partners looking to capitalize on the significant, high-growth opportunities in the WLAN market, particularly around cloud-managed Wi-Fi.

Furthermore, the relationship is set to bring greater brand and market awareness to Aruba's popular Instant controller-less access points and the recently-announced Aruba Central cloud management service.

Ingram Micro's extensive marketing, technical and sales expertise in networking, as well as key vertical markets such as K-12 and retail, will contribute greatly to Aruba's growth efforts and leadership within the cloud managed Wi-Fi space.

To help ensure that Ingram Micro channel partners succeed with Aruba, the networking innovator is working closely with the Advanced Technology Division to offer an extensive set of sales and technical tools, as well as training and support resources to its mutual channel partners.
