Utilizing Intellicheck Mobilisa’s patented ID reading technology, Defense ID quickly scans various forms of IDs, such as Drivers Licenses, Military ID’s or Passports, and instantly compares the data to over 100 “bad guy” lists.

Yuma Army Proving Ground is one of the largest military installations in the world, and is used primarily for testing military equipment, such as artillery, missile and mortar rounds, and improvised explosive devices (IEDs). In addition to the rigorous testing conducted on post, the installation is also an important training ground, used for its realistic desert training to prepare troops for overseas deployments.

“We are very pleased to provide Yuma Army Proving Ground with the Defense ID system,” said Dr. Nelson Ludlow, CEO of Intellicheck Mobilisa. “As a leading training post for Army units preparing for their tours in Operation Iraqi Freedom, we are proud they chose Defense ID for screening their visitors and to be assisting them in protecting our troops
