Aptech wins Franchising awards

NEW DELHI: Learning Solutions Company, Aptech Ltd bagged three awards at the Indian Franchising Awards 2007 for Indian Global Franchiser of the Year for attaining excellence in overseas franchising operations and Win-win Franchising Partnership of the Year.

Aptech said in a statement that its franchise model has been designed in a manner where both parties can leverage benefits from each other and creates an environment of shared destiny with its business partners.

Pramod Khera, CEO and MD, Aptech Ltd, said, “The IT awareness and literacy in the country, the edge that India has over many other countries in IT, would not have been possible without the franchising of the IT Training industry.”

“While the developed world discovered franchising to build a “fast-food” culture, India discovered franchising to build a “learning” culture. Aptech which is one of the pioneers in franchising, has been able to take the brand across five continents through a successful franchising model,” he added.

Aptech’s Animation and Multimedia Training brand, Arena Multimedia bagged the Franchise Growth Driver of the Year Award for new initiatives introduced.

Aptech currently has 351 International centers in five continents.
