Aptech sees Q4 revenue at Rs 3 b

KOLKATA: Aptech Ltd. is aiming at a revenue of $62.3 million (Rs 3 billion) in the current year to March, its chief executive officer said on Monday.



"There are signs of recovery in the IT industry with hiring picking up and there is a need for trained professionals," Pramod Khera told reporters in the eastern city. He did not give any profit forecast for the year.



Aptech shares were up 0.16 percent at Rs 30.75 in the afternoon at the benchmark Bombay Stock Exchange, whose main index was down 0.5 percent. The firm, initially called Aptech Training Ltd., was formed after it underwent restructuring last year.
