Aptech Ltd net profit up

NEW DELHI: Aptech Ltd, an IT education and training company, reported its unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended June 30 showed a profit of Rs.5.36 crores.

Global billing including subsidiaries and the China joint venture increased 39 per cent to Rs. 174 crores during this quarter from Rs 125.13 crores during the same quarter last year, the company said.

Aptech board meeting in Mumbai on July 19 approved preferential issue of equity shares/convertible warrants upto an amount of Rs 50 crores, at the discretion of the board of directors.
