However, as the founder member of the company, Natarajan will continue to be

the director of the BConnectBWorldwide Ltd., a subsidiary of Aptech Limited.

The company’s board has appointed Pramod Khera, executive director as

acting chief executive of the company and Abhay Sinha, executive vice president

as the acting head of the software business.

According to a reliable source, the planned split between education and

software has been kept on hold, in view of the falling prices of shares, which

has touched a low of Rs 200.

The decision is to appoint a management consultant who will advise whether or

not the split should take place.

The hunt for a CEO is on.
