Kishansinh Gohil, head of Aptech Computer Education, said, "Microsoft

Center of Excellence would improve the technical strength and global acceptance

of Aptech’s already popular eACCP 2002 career course. The demand of training

on the .NET platform through our courses was very high. Focused help from

Microsoft consultants and the technical teams under CoE would enrich the

knowledge of Aptech’s design and course development teams on .NET products.

Aptech would be able to leverage this transfer of knowledge and expertise from

the Microsoft CoE onto the Aptech curriculum, which would be available at 800

centers of Aptech across the country. Early availability of beta version of new

software and its ultimate linkage with applications is now fully incorporated in

devising a student-centric and flexible curriculum."

He added, "The .NET platform will be now an integral part of many

courses offered by Aptech, with a view to providing the best technology to the

student community. Aptech would be training students on .NET for the enterprise

and for the developer. Individual components such as the entire server range

within .NET enterprise servers and components of .NET such as C# and VS .NET

using XML as the development base would also be a part of this curriculum. Most

fascinating part of CoE is to deliver our courses with latest trends including

web services, developer tools and servers, which has long-term future."

"Today’s announcement with Aptech marks the beginning of a new

alliance, one that will help bring quality .NET education to millions of people

who want to be ready for the next generation Inter.NET. In India we have seen a

tremendous excitement around our .NET vision and all that it means to computing,

and today, we are better equipped to bring the benefits of this vision to an

ever growing audience," said Microsoft India Enterprise Services Director A

Saravanan.
