USA: According to the AppleInsider, Klausner Technology Inc. has said that Apple and AT&T have now agreed to license its patents on visual voicemail technology. With this, the iPhone related lawsuit is said to have been settled.

Last December, Klausner had charged Apple and AT&T with treading on its patented technology by offering Visual Voicemail service on the iPhone. The technology allows customers to see a graphical list of voicemails and choose only those they wish to hear.

As per AppleInsider, specifically,"the lawsuit alleged that the Apple handset and other visual voice messaging services implemented by AT&T infringed on Klausner’s U.S. Patents 5,572,576 and 5,283,818."
