Apple has released iOS 11.1.1 for the iPhone and iPad users with a small but important update. The latest software update contains a fix for the autocorrect bug in the iOS 11.1 that has been changing the letter "I" to "A" with a symbol for some users.

Some users disabled the Auto-Correction feature to impose only the letters they type through the virtual keyboard. However, that was of no use. The Cupertino company ultimately fixed the bug with the release of iOS 11.1.1.

Apart from this update, Apple has also fixed the problem where the "Hey Siri" command automatically stops performing. iOS 11.1.1 is available to download now. The fix has already been available for the developer and public beta testers running iOS 11.2 beta.

Users can find the update through the Settings app under General and Software updates. The iOS 11.1.1 update comes just a few days after Apple released iOS 11.1 as the first major point release to its latest platform. The iOS 11.1 update brought as many as 70 new emoji characters and enabled features such as 3D Touch Apple Switcher.
