SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA: Apple admitted that it misled the public in Australia by selling its new iPad as compatible 'with WiFi + 4G', says a report on The Australian.

The Cupertino-based firm agreed to pay more than $2 million as penalty.

The Federal Court heard the computer giant had agreed to settle a case brought by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, adds the report.
