<strong>Apple opens its online store with personalized shopping experience in Vietnam</strong>

Apple has launched its first online store in Vietnam on May 18, 2023. Apple has expanded its operation in Vietnam by launching its online store in the country. Vietnam still relies entirely on third-party resellers, as there are no Apple stores in the country. With this online store launch, customers in Vietnam can finally buy Apple products directly from the company’s website with a personalized shopping experience.

However, there is no information about when Apple plans to open physical stores in Vietnam. Before the launch of the online store, Apple already sold its products in Vietnam via licensed vendors. Apple first launched an online store in India in 2020.

Sharing a picture on twitter, Tim Cook wrote: “The Apple Store online goes live in Vietnam today! We’re excited to bring the best of Apple to even more customers around the world.”

As stated by the company in a press release, Deirdre O’Brien, Apple’s senior vice president of Retail said, “Customers are always at the center of everything we do, and we’re thrilled to bring the Apple Store online to Vietnam, she further added, “With today’s expansion, we’re proud to offer customers an incredible new way to discover and shop for our amazing products and services, connect with our knowledgeable team members, and experience the best of Apple.”

Personalized Shopping Experience:

With the launch of the Apple Online Store at Vietnam, now local customers have access to a personalized shopping experience already available in other countries, which includes customized products with laser engraving, configure-to-order option for Macs, and Apple Watch Studio.  Customers have the opportunity to personalize their devices by choosing their preferred case and band combination to create a look that is uniquely their own through the Apple Watch Studio.

Now, people can also download and access the Apple Store app directly from their iPhone and iPad.  The app provides a more personal way to shop for the latest Apple products and accessories, and customers can get recommendations based on the Apple products they already own. Customers can discover and shop the iPhone 14 lineup, with incredible camera capabilities, amazing battery life, and a groundbreaking suite of health and safety features. Customers can also connect with Apple’s team of experts for help finding the device that’s right for them.

Apple Trade In program:

With the Apple Trade In program, customers in Vietnam can trade in their old device and receive credit toward a new one. This program has been added up this year, and is now available in Vietnam. If the device is not eligible for a credit, Apple will recycle it for free, diverting electronic waste from landfills and saving precious materials in Apple’s quest to take less from the earth, stated by company.

The Apple Store online offers a range of affordability options, including up to 24 months of financing for iPhone, Mac, iPad, and Apple Watch with MoMo. Additionally, students can shop for a Mac or iPad with special pricing, and receive discounts on accessories as well as AppleCare+.

With AppleCare+, available on iPhone, Mac, iPad, and Apple Watch, customers get trusted service and support from the people who know Apple products best. AppleCare+ provides customers with two years of priority support and service, priority access to experts, and protection for their devices.
