NEW DELHI: The click and mortar company, TVA Help.com Pvt. Ltd., which offers
support services for mobile computing systems like notebooks and palmtops, has
announced its partnership with Apple Computer Inc., to provide support services
for their iBooks and PowerBooks in India.
TVA Help.Com will provide hardware and software services through its service
centers in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Pune. On-line support to Apple's
customers in India will also be available through its eSupport product,
Remote-Fix.
Announcing the tie-up, Guhesh Ramanathan, CEO, TVA Help.com, said, "We

TVA Help.com, established in May 1998, has served more than 15,000 customers
around the country. The company, which initially started as a pure hardware
support provider -- an authorized service centre for Compaq, has added other
vendors such as Acer, Digital and also IBM as an authorized options provider.
