BANGALORE: Apara Enterprise Solutions, a Bangalore-based systems integration
company has sharpened its channel strategy to reach across the country and
accelerate its business revenue. The company plans to appoint channel partners
to take Apara's technical know-how to end-users.
Currently, Apara has strategic alliances with several OEMs and systems
integrators in the first tier and 15 Apara premium partners in the second tier.
By the end of the year, the company plans to add five partners in the tier
two level of its channel network. Through this network, the company hopes to
establish a strong presence in all the major metros and class B cities in the
country. Commenting further, Apara Enterprise Solutions Head Channels and
marketing K N Prasad says, "We are looking at people who can understand
technology and who have the zeal to extend value-added services to users."
As a part of the company's marketing initiatives, Apara plans to target niche
segments in the market such as the media and entertainment, financial segments,
government and education institutions. "We see the financial segment as a
big market for Apara and we will work closely with channel partners who have
strong presence in this segment," adds Prasad.
The company is also planning to offer facility management services to end
users shortly. According to K N Prasad, services are going to become the major
component and the company plans to drive its marketing strategy based on this.
