Advertisment

The purpose of the Beehive programming model is to provide ease-of-use for Java developers. "Beehive combines the ease of use of Java Beans with Java meta data, to make it easy for developers to take their Java Beans and talk to Web services and create Web applications," said Garrett Conaty, principal technologist at BEA . "We believe that Beehive serves to strengthen the entire Java community."

Apache Beehive can be downloaded from the Apache Website.
