BANGALORE, INDIA: Antenna Software, provider of mobile websites, apps and content, today announced its plans to drive further growth in India.
As part of the company’s expansion strategy, Antenna has set up a new facility in Bangalore to accommodate an aggressive 30-40 per cent increase in headcount year over year to help meet revenue targets. Antenna also added resources to another office in Pune as a result of its recent acquisition of Volantis Systems in February 2011, said a press release.
Antenna’s new centre in Bangalore will help the company to broaden operations and meet increasing customer and partner demand.
Antenna currently employs around 120 highly skilled professionals in the Bangalore and Pune offices, including technical project managers, business analysts, architects, technical writers, developers, QA specialists, customer support, and technical support, the release added.

Antenna’s recent acquisition of Volantis Systems adds diversity to the company’s product portfolio with the addition of mobile web capabilities. It also adds significant India-based customers and partners including system integrators and mobile operators, most of whom have global customers and presence.
