NEW DELHI: LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd (LGEIL) has announced the launch of its new model of GSM handsets G1800 in India. G1800 comes with 262K-color screen display and has a built in USB Disk with 60 MB USB memory for storing any form of data or file. The phone comes with MP3 playback and MP3 ringtones.






Other exciting features include continuous call conversation recording, 250 SMS memory, 64 polyphonic sound, embedded JAVA games, GPRS class 8 and multi-alarms. Weighing 78 gms, the phone has a standby time of upto 300 hrs and a talk time up to 2.5hrs. G1800 is priced at Rs 7,995.





According to LGEIL head of consumer electronics and GSM CM Singh, "G1800 with features like USB Disk, MP3 playback and MP3 ringtones would provide a good value proposition. We have introduced products at every price point in the market. We are constantly working on our mobile phones to enhance their features sufficing the needs of our customers."
